The black arrows in this picture indicate contractual agreements. The Green Arrows indicate the flow of chapter and corporation board funds and indicate which entity is responsible for which expenses.
Financial Commitment Agreement is signed by all members when they join Sigma Chi. The agreement is between the member and Undergraduate Chapter. It stipulates that the member will be responsible for dues and other fees while being an undergraduate member at Iowa State. It also communicates the requirement to live in the Chapter House for two academic years while an undergraduate student at Iowa State.
Room and Board Contract is a sublet agreement between the Beta Omicron Chapter of Sigma Chi and it's members who are living in the Chapter house for that academic year. It is signed each academic year the member is required or chooses to live in the Chapter House.
